Gotta love tech folks, especially at tech events. Heaven forbid we should be doing only one thing at a time! :)

I attended PodCampAZ 2009 (http://podcampaz.org/) back in mid November, and while I could only attend the first days events, it was pretty entertaining, and funny you should mention #6 because not only were macs left behind but PC's were too. #10 was pretty much spot on, and there were people tweeting from their seats including me, as well as using Google Wave (there was a public Wave set up for each day of the event, so it was interesting to see the commentary after)

I just missed Phoenix WordCamp (http://phxwordcamp.com/)the day before or I would have seen more tech/geek stuff as well.

Earlier in the year I got up and spoke in front of a group of 40+ people about my blogging and job search, the the room was set up with wi-fi and there were plenty of laptops there then too.

thanks for this, I'm going to TechCrunch Christmas Crunch next week-- it's my first ever tech event and at least I know not to wear a suit!
